BHRT pellets are used to treat symptoms of hormone imbalance.

Women: hot flashes, night sweats, low energy, mood changes, low libido, vaginal dryness
Men: low testosterone, low libido, fatigue, muscle loss

Hormone pellets are not considered first-line therapy for hormone replacement.
